Building Management Service
WHAT WE CAN DO
We will liaise with the facility manager to establish how often they would like to hear from us in regards to general maintenance stock requirements.
Our CRM system allows us to quickly refer to materials previously supplied to a building to assist facility managers with their ongoing maintenance requirements.
Another service we can provide is a periodic inspection of the ceilings and deliver a report on the general condition of the ceilings floor by floor along with our recommendations to maintain them in the best possible condition over the long term and to identify any potential OH&S issues that may result from an unsafe ceiling.

WHAT WE RECOMMEND
We recommend establishing a formal periodic inspection of your ceilings as even with the best intentions of the Facility Manager, it is impossible for them to supervise what indiviudal occupants may do unwittingly that effects the integrity of the environment in which they work. However, it is possible to develop a program to minimise the risk.
