OVERVIEW
This A Grade Office Tower has undergone a full refurbishment including upgrading the ceilings. Investa Property Group have a strong commitment to a sustainable built environment so it was important to provide a ceiling solution that supported this focus.
Our Solaton Enet ceiling tiles were supplied as they are the first ceiling tiles in Australia to receive Good Environmental Choice Certification. The Enet feature of the Solaton tiles has future proofed the building for wireless LAN environments as Enet enhances the performance of local area networks.
Our Solaton tiles also provide good sound absorption, high light reflectance of 92% and are naturally insulating.
Our Fricker Easy Access SystemTM Two Way has ensured easy access to services and flexibility of fitout in turn reducing materials churn for the life of the building.
