Norwest Business Park
OVERVIEW
The developer's objective was to build an upmarket commercial office space in Norwest Business Park with a 4.5 Star AGBR rating.
To provide flexibility for various work practises and with the current trend for open plan offices, the ceiling requirements were first-class acoustics and light reflectance.
Although only a simple Two Way Exposed grid system was selected, when used in conjunction with the premium Ecophon ceiling panel the nett result was a premium ceiling finish to meet market demands within the client budget.
