The new Lend Lease head office was Australia's first 5 Star Green Star - Office As Built v1 as awarded by the Green Building Council of Australia.
The use of chilled beam air conditioning technology necessitated the installation of perforated metal pan ceiling panels to achieve the required air flow for the chilled beams to operate effectively.
In conjunction with the project design team CSR Fricker developed a ceiling solution that not only facilitated the requirements of this first chilled beam project in Australia, but also provided a stunning internal environment.
